Barre: Classic
A classical approach to the Barre workout. This class isolates each muscle group, working with high repetitions, body weight and light resistance, to create long lean muscles. This class incorporates an equal amount of strength work with flexibility sequences to help build symmetry in the body and create better posture.
Ride + Sculpt
A 30 minute studio cycling experience where technology meets fitness when you ride with Spivi. Our studio is enhanced by 4 flat screen T.V.s where you can actually watch your ride. The class moves into a 30 minute strength and conditioning workout in our main studio, using dumb bells and other small props.
Barre: Sweat
An active, more intense twist on the classical Barre workout. This class targets all of the muscle groups, using a variety of props and resistance, and is a constant flow of movement from start to finish, ending with a stretch for recovery.
Ride + Core
This workout is a great compliment to any program. It features a dynamic 30 minute interval ride and finishes of with 30 minutes of core exercises and a stretch.
Ride + Pilates
30 minutes of riding to the beat of the music, followed by 30 minutes of Pilates with props.
Pilates: Sweat
A sweaty and contemporary twist on the classical method. Standing mat exercises and apparatus exercises transposed to mat. This class utilizes props including tubes, rings, balls, and gliders.
Yoga: Core
A flow class that fuses the fundamental principles of Pilates with Vinyasa Yoga, to create flexibility, strength, and stability. All levels welcome.

Sculpt + Core
This hour focuses on working every muscle in your body, using light weights with high repetition. You will get a total body workout to tighten, tone, and sculpt your body without bulking up and will get the added benefit of focusing on core work.

A more classical approach to Yoga that focuses on flexibility. This class fuses a variety of styles of Yoga where you will focus on breath work, alignment, and lengthening your muscles evenly. A perfect complement to any program, as this helps with recovery, posture and alignment.
